Ombudsman

This service is provided to receive, analyze and investigate information, complaints, criticisms and suggestions from several sectors of the faculty, follow the process to the final solution, work with total impartiality, maintaining the confidentiality of the information provided by users and the institutional messages provided by the faculty, preserving the integrity of all parties involved within a pre-established deadline (48 hours and maximum of 15 days). We essentially aim to contribute to the improvement of processes and quality of services rendered, responding to the citizen, promoting and establishing greater transparency and appreciation of ethical principles. Contact with the ombudsman may be made in person, by telephone or by email.
